Hi, I am based in Los Angeles, USA - North America.
I am just starting my own clothing line of women blue jeans. Can you help me with the design of my woman blue Jeans?

I would like to make samples of my blue Jeans first, then order my blue jeans in medium / large quantity. Is it ok?

Of course we will help you with the design / pattern making of your Jeans, you can rely on us for this. You might want to mail us a pair of blue Jeans as a starting point.
Or you can draw your Jeans on paper, scan it and email it to us with basic dimensions. We will take it from there.
We usually make jeans to design and ship to the US.

The minimum order for jeans really depends on the pricing you need to achieve (see cas study above).
In fact when Ellen Clothing Manufacturer buys a roll of Denim for you at a supplier in Vietnam, we have access to all sorts of prices and quality. Also a roll contains enough fabric to make about 70 straight cut middle size jeans.
Or about 50 baggy Jeans. This should be taken in consideration when working out the final order.
Therefore, the inofrmation I would need from you to make a success out of your project are:
-Desired price per unitQuantity
-Quality of fabric
-Dimensions of your middle size.
Also, please send me your logo, and picture of your jeans if possible

Tacking leg bottom jeans with logo embroidered on pockets
Good morning, I am happy with the Skinny jeans you have made for us before and we decide to go on with another design.
I would like 200 jeans for women, size S, M, L, XL (50 of each).
I'd like my jeans to have double stitching on front pockets and down the legs, is it ok to have it?
What about tacked leg bottoms? The pocket design is going to be completed in some days and I will send it to you very soon.

Hi, I am very happy to work with you on the skinny jeans and now on the tacked bottom leg jeans.
Yes, our sewers can make double stitching and have leg bottoms tacked as per your request.
Roughly, for 200 jeans, each will be 11$. This is standard jeans with high quality fabric without logo and label.
To edit an exact quote, I need your confirmation of fabric and tell me if you'd like label, tag with your jeans.
Also, it is important to see the logo. I am waiting for it and will give you the quote very soon after I get it.

We would be glad to help you expand your fashion line with jeans.
The timing for producing 200 jeans:
- one week for sourcing and eventually stonewashing the fabric.
- another week to complete the production of the jeans
Of course, the timing above is only an estimation based on what is in the pipeline in terms of production as at today.
- timing for shipping:
+ shipping by sea (recommended over 200 pieces): 4-6 weeks
+ shipping by air (fast but expensive): 3-5 business days
For the price, all i can say right now is it will be in the range of 9-15 usd per jeans.
This will be more precise when you let me know more about:
- the number of clothes sizes involved
- the quality of fabric
- logo (size, colors)
- deadline for shipping.
