I need a small run of Tees. What shall I order?
Out of the four usual coton quality 160, 180, 200 and 220 g/m2. It is best to choose the heaviest. Unlike a see-thru fabric, it will make the colors of the printing or embroideries come out better.
If you choose a lighter fabric, let's say 160 g/m2, then you end up with more t-shirts to manufacture because the coton supplier sells by the kilo.
In this exercice, we are going for the lowest cost so we order the minimum weight of fabric. The minimum of fabric allows to make only 500 t-shirts in 220 g/m2 or 700 t-shirts in 160 g/m2.
Therefore, a small run of heavy coton t-shirt at low cost will be made of 500 t-shirts with 250 t-shirts per color. It doesn't cost much on top of that to divide the 500 t-shirts in 3 colors instead of 2.
Add around usd 200 to cover the cost of dying some of the tees in an extra color.

Hello, I am from
Indianapolis, Indiana, USA and i am
starting a clothing line. right now I have designed Tee Shirts and i was thinking about selling them for about 25usd to 30usd.
i want these Tee Shirts to be screen
printed with a logo tag on the right sleeve and a
hanging tag. so i wanted to know the cheapest way to acheive this goal and make
a profit off of the shirts. Ideally I would like to

To get under the 10usd cost per Tee shirt we would need to make around 150 Tee shirts.
The
price will be around 8 US dollars per Tee Shirt plus the tags/printings and hanging cards (around 200 US

This will allow me to confirm the above and get the

Tee shirts for selling through the US
My organization is looking for a firm to
manufacture a retail
clothing line for sale throughout the
United States of America. Your company came highly recommended to us and we were
hoping you could give us pricing on the attached
t-shirt designs. We would most likely start by
ordering 5,000 of a t-shirt at a given time with our first order between 30,000-40,000
units. As you can understand, we are under quite a time crunch and would love to hear from you as soon as possible so that we could hopefully start a
business relationship.

For the attached
t-shirt designs, it will
cost usd 4 per t-shirt in the quantity of 5000 units per style - estimation based on Dec 08 price per meter of 100% cotton fabric (weight 220 grams/m2).
Timing for the
manufacturing of the T-shirts: For the turnaround
time, it will take about 1 or 2 months to produce that sort of quantity - depending of the production agenda at the time of validation of your order.
I understand that you are in a hurry so I will do my best to keep everything going
on smoothly.
Microfiber polyester Tee shirts
Hi Tin, I am very happy to talk with you last night. As discussed, I am sending four designs of Tee shirts that I would like a
price quote on. The Tee shirts should be made of a microfiber
polyester fabric, such as the "Coolmax" fabric. The color of the Tee shirts
should closely match the colors in the picture of the flags Jamaica and Antigua attached.
Also, attached for reference purposes, are photographs of similar
sample t-shirts that are sold by Adidas and The North Face. I would like a
quote for 250 of each of the four
shirt designs for a total of 1000 shirts.
I want the
size breakdown to be : 50 small, 75 medium, 75 large, and 50 x-large of each design of t-shirt. My primary goal is to
get the lowest price and the
best quality. I am flexible with the delivery time. I am in
Kansas City, USA but I would like the t-shirts to be

V-neck cut T-shirt
Hello, I talked to someone from
Ellen Clothing Manufacturer a few weeks ago about getting some Tee shirts made for my company. I now have the specs and would like to proceed with the
garments. The specs are for a crew neck , but I would like you to adjust the neck for a
v-neck cut. I would like the material to be mercerized
cotton and the color to be white.
