New Era is definitely a brand that has decided no to be the synonym for cheap.
How to get caps manufactured in this high standard of quality?
The key is in the quantity. Especially for the fabric and the features such as embroidery. When the quantity is high enough we can do all sort of things in terms of fabrics, embroideries and inside finition.
As usual, I recommend to start your caps project working on the fabric, keep an eye on the embroidery which can come to 2 to 5 usd per cap depending on the order.

Ball Caps with custom label
Hi Tin, I am located
in Colorado, USA. I am looking for 3000
caps with my custom label. Can you do that? It would be
100% cotton fabric. The colors are black and white. I want a leopard applique,
with butterfly
embroidered caps. I would like the label with my brand name
printed on 2 colors. I will send the sketch very soon. Can you tell me how much they would
cost, and the
production time for my caps? Thanks in advance.

Hi, it would be great to do business with you about ball caps. For 3000 pieces of your
custom caps, each cap will be around USD 2.3.
For the labels, it is going to cost
USD 750 to make 3000 pieces with your brand name set up on.
Normally, it takes about 6 weeks to finish an order of 3000 caps. Shipping time is excluded.
I am going to talk with the quotation people and the printer again to see if the price
will be changed. Send me the sketch now, then I'll be back with more help.
Custom Trucker style caps
Hi I would like to make some
Custom Trucker caps 100% Cotton with plastic meshing on
back. Custom single color
Embroidery on the BEAK of the hat and single color embroidery
on front of hat. I'm not too sure on the thread counts but would like it thick. Attached
is an example of the style of hat and the embroidery
designs. I would like about 50 in all
pink and 50 in all black. All items must have white embroideries. I would like to see
caps samples first?
