What I really like about the sportswear orders and the sportswear we make at our clothing factory in Vietnam, is that it is almost simple to make it work.
The client sends us a sample of fabric to go around sourcing the right sportswear fabric, generally a mix of coton and polyester.
Just give me a call, we can make a great sport-line: Consider that the minimum order of fabric is around 180 kg. And that you can divide around 500 to 700 clothes of the same fabric in 2 or 3 different dying bath.
Memorize this: 600 sport clothes (all made of the same fabric) in 3 different dying baths.
It's not so easy to explain the whole thing: How the kilos translates in meters per clothes depending on the size of the clothes and the weight / quality / thickness of the fabric (g/m2).
Without going in the details, if you want to make a great deal on a relatively small order of clothes (around 4000 or 5000 usd, transport not included), then go for something along these lines.

Hi, we can provide you with soccer shorts and soccer socks. We can help you with your sport clothing business.
For soccer shorts, the recommended fabric is microfiber polyester or mesh fabric.
For soccer socks, cotton or knit mixed with elastane will be the best; this is something we can outsource here in Vietnam.
These are just recommendation. You may prefer other kinds of fabric. Just let me know, and then I will contact my fabric supplier for help.
For the photos of soccer shorts and soccer socks, we have to ask for permission from other clients since they require us to keep their designs private.
New sportswear line
I have an apparel company startup in Montreal, Canada, that is looking for a sportswear manufacturer. The line is primarily sportswear including microfiber t-shirts and cotton based "cargo" pants and shorts for both men and women. We have a unique print pattern for the different fabrics and were wondering if your company does this kind of work. Ideally we would like a company that can take the product from the beginning to the end.
In other words source the fabric, cut and sew, tag, package, box and ship our sportswear to the US.
Initial volume will be low, 1-3 thousand pieces per month but we hope to grow it to 10 thousand pieces per month and beyond. Please tell me what I should do to get a quote.
